     Should any repair performed by Wizard Electronics fail
         within 45 days of service, Wizard will repair or replace the
         defective parts as listed on the initial service order, provided
         the equipment has been used and installed within the
         manufacturer's guidelines and/or standard industry practices.

     Wizard Electronics is not responsible for any damages,
         incidental, or consequential, due to abuse, misuse, or act of
         God, and we do not make any guarantee with respect to any
         other componants not listed on your repair invoice. Their
         replacement, if necessary, will be charged at fair market prices       
         with normal service rates applying.
